Coffee is not the solution for people who already have a drinking problem.
A liver, which is the organ that gets damaged the most with alcohol,is difficult to repair even with medicine.
Drinking four cups of coffee is not a cure or prevention for alcohol damage.
People hear about a lot of home remedies, however not all of these work, or don’t have any significant impact on the progression of the liver damage.
For so many years doctors have stated that once an organ is damaged, they can’t do anything to make it work exactly as a healthy organ.
Every experiment needs a control group to know if the final result is caused by the product. People who drink alcohol would think that they aren’t going to get cirrhosis if they drink four cups of coffee..
Now people think that it is less or no risk at all of getting cirrhosis if they drink alcohol. People don’t realize that the experiment supposedly reduce the risk of getting sick for consuming alcohol, but not cure or prevent it to get sick.
Primary Care & Population Sciences, Faculty of Medicine of the University of Southampton Dr. Oliver Kennedy, led the nine studies involving a total of 430,000 participants of which 1,990 had cirrhosis. The study linked drinking two extra cups of coffee each day to a 44% reduced risk of liver cirrhosis, a disease caused by heavy drinking.
He should present the result of his control group.
If he shows the control group results, people could compare it and know if the experiment results are true.
Dr. Kennedy said to Reuter “Cirrhosis is potentially fatal and there is no cure as such.”
Adda Bjamadottir‘s article, “How Much Caffeine in a Cup of Coffee? A detailed Guide” states, “You can expect to get around 95 mg of caffeine an averages cup of coffee.”
If every cup of coffee had 95 mg of caffeine in four cups people are consuming 356 mg, but other products that people eat contain caffeine too.
Chocolate, candies, sodas, and more products that people eat daily had caffeine so people had to add 356 mg plus the caffeine that other products had and can see that they are consuming even more that the average.
Caffeine causes people to dehydrate if they don’t drink enough water.
People drink a lot of caffeine and do not drink water, these four cups of coffee can cause dehydration.
Experiments should give all the consequences of people consuming or using the product.
