They can help you wake up in the morning and start your day off on the right foot.
For avid energy drinkers, it becomes part of your daily routine: Wake up, get dressed, brush your hair, brush your teeth, get your Monster on.
Granted part of the reason people say that energy drinks are bad for you is because they are addicting. Well I have news for you, so are coffee, tea and sunflower seeds.

If you are drinking an energy drink you are capable of reading the maximum amount you should be drinking.
The same reason McDonalds and other places that sell hot beverages now put “Caution: Hot contents” or something of the sort, on the lids.
If you want to drink energy drinks then drink them. If not, more for the rest of us.
