“Well being able to move through the rounds.”

He said about the event, “You have three heats, you have twenty seven of the top athletes in the state, in some situations it could be somebody in your heat or in your flight can be one of the best in the country at the community college level.”
Allen said that because of this you have to be able to negotiate through the rounds.
“It’s going to be exciting it’s an exciting track meet.”
