An offense that was in rhythm all season long was finally out of sync on Saturday.
Quarterback Chris Morales threw four interceptions and was 9 for 32 to give Cerritos College a 31-17 loss to Palomar in the first round of the playoffs.
The offense had plenty of opportunities to stay in the game but could not execute.
Cerritos had two red zone appearances in the last three minutes of the game down by seven and failed to convert a fourth-and-goal in the first possession and Morales threw his fourth interception that was returned for a touchdown in the second possession with less than a minute left.
