The Cerritos College Baseball team (6-6, 2-1) began the second series of the South Coast Conference against El Camino College Compton Center (record) on Monday.
In the first series of the conference, Cerritos College had a 2-0 series lead against Pasadena City College, when the team lost to PCC in their final meeting Saturday.
