No one else can bring down the house like this duo in the hottest and most hilarous movie of the year.
Steve Martin and Queen Latifah make a dynamic duo as they team up for a movie that makes the audience laugh so hard they cry.
Martin plays Peter Sanderson, a striaght-laced, uptight, divorced, workaholic attorney who thinks he is hooking up with brainy, blonde bombshell lawyer in a online chat room, but little does he know online chatrooms have decieving ways.
With the picture that Peter has he believes that she is the one showing up for a hot date at his house yet he is in for a big surprise.
This mystery woman Charlene (Queen Latifah), comes a knocking and Peter quickly discovers that this blonde bombshell is not an Ivy League lawyer, but a prison escapee who needs Peter to help her clear her name.
Soon Charlene turns Peter’s perfectly ordered life upside down. As more and more hysterical complications ensue, the unlikely pair turns each other’s lives around and end up helping each other get each other’s lives straight.
The Queen has come along ways from Living Single. She is definitley moving up in hollywood with her other big hit, Chicago.
Plus don’t forget about Betty White’s charachter as the nosey neighbor that makes you laugh about some of your own assumptions that society has placed in our minds.
This movie is too good to pass up. Martin and Queen Latifah bring down the house and then some.
The two have really made this movie worth seeing.
The best part is, it’s not just a date type of movie. My suggestion is go with a group of friends. You will have a great night out on the town and a movie that will make you laugh so hard, that you won’t need to go to the gym to give your tummy a work out.
