Author Michele Serros was the guest speaker at Thursday’s Strawberry Bonanza at the Falcon Square amphitheater.
“Give yourselves a big hand. You’re on your way at Cerritos, the little hills,” Serros told the audience.
After her talk, Serros signed books and posed for pictures with her fans at the Chicana/o Literature class’ wild strawberry water stand.
