The Board of Trustees is working on a procedure for campus police to carry guns around campus.
President of Cerritos College Linda Lacy said that the Chief of Police and the Vice President of Student Services are working the draft procedures.
“I can’t give a definitive dare for completion, the procedures will be taken through the participatory governance process in the fall,” Lacy said.
