Cerritos Cerritos will not be seeing gruesome clowns, ghost, or the walking dead this year.
The Theater Artist Society Club has cancelled its maze due to an approval of location. The maze was approved by Associated Students of Cerritos College and had its full support but due to a miscommunication, the maze will be postponed until next year.
“Talking it over with AJ [Amna Jara, Coordinator of Student Activities], we decided that we were just going to postpone it until next year, and that this time it’ll just be much bigger than the one this year that was supposed to happen,” President of the TAS Steven Lomeli said.
A new club will come out of this dedicated to the Halloween maze and events. The TAS will have a whole year to fund-raise and prepare. Anyone interested in participating for this event and club can contact Steven Lomeli.
