Cerritos College students and staff will be required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine to enter campus by Jan. 3, 2022.

Trustees decide implementation of vaccine mandate, faculty threatens lawsuits

Cerritos College Board of Trustees received backlash from faculty and the community during their meeting, as they determined the best way to implement the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
A pre-health screening check-in site is established outside the Cerritos College library on August 9, 2021. They ensure that students have no symptoms of COVID-19 and did not come into contact with people who have the virus.
