America will never change, it is still out to be the most powerful and wealthy nation in the whole wide world.
America thinks it is the whole world and everything revolves around.
America get involved in other countries business because it needs to publicize that America is such a spectacular country.
The only reason we help foreign countries is to protect volatile customer relations or to bring hopes of world peace.
Lets face it, America is not what its cracked up to be.
We have a country that is held up on a pedistol. Millions of people, from other countries look up at us and want to live the “American Dream.” But they have no clue that they may become one of the millions of Americans and immigrants living on the American streets hungry and unemployed.
We are a self-centered and egotistical country that shoves everyone out of the way because we want the credit for being this “Great America.”
So yeah yeah yeah…… we give aid to foreign countries and blah blah blah… we help you now you owe us and yada yada yada lets not forget how great America is.
It’s a country full of citizens out to make a profit off of a national tragedy.
On a recent visit to New York City, a revelation was found. Businesses and everyday street vendors in New York are profiting from the terrorism attack on the World Trade Center.
So, is this shocking news to the American people?
Well not really, if you are a politician or the one profiting from the purchases. But for the citizens in America that haven’t visited New York since the recent terrorist attack, your in for the shock of your life.
Businesses are making huge profits off the recent attack and the money is not even going to the foundations. The products range from the normal souvenirs to the special edition memorial items.
It’s understandable that before the attack happened that businesses were selling items of the World Trade Center because of it being one of America’s icons. Those same items are still availabe as well as, but lets not forget your 9-11 baby-tees and shirts with the American flag or your beanie that says FDNY 9-11.
Of course citizens of America want to be supportive, but if its not going to a foundation like the WTC Relief Fund or for the NYPD or FDNY then how supportive is the average American citizen being.
There is a point of wanting to remember the tragedy and buy souvenirs. Then the point of moving past the event , and not forgetting about it.
If America really wants to be a “Great and Powerful Nation,” then it needs to take action and make sure that America is really “United” and not some money hungry egotistical nation. But a nation that cares about what its citizens are doing and also one that is willing to help foreign countries without holding it against them. Its called volunteering America.
