If you can’t wait until Thanksgiving day for a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, there is no reason to wait any longer.
The Culinary Arts Café will be serving up its yearly Thanksgiving Day luncheon this Thursday in the Student Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The menu for the luncheon will have roasted turkey, dressing, whipped potatoes, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce, petite peas, a roll with butter, waldorf salad, pumpkin tart and beverage.The meal will cost only $5.75.
Also, the Culinary Arts program will be selling pies and dinner rolls for Thanksgiving day on Nov. 27. The orders must be picked up by Nov. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m only in the staff lounge.
They are selling pumpkin, cherry and apple pie along with pumpkin cheesecake. The pies cost $4.75 each and the pumpkin cheesecake is $9 each.
Students and faculty can pick up order forms in the Culinary Arts Café. Orders also can be taken by phone if you call (562) 860-2451 Banquet manager Amber Major ext. 2456 or Cashier June Crisp at ext. 2455.The last day to order the pies and dinner rolls is this Friday.
