Since Cirque Du Soleil, coming to style in 1984, it has won many awards through its two decades of service and excitement across the world. In vision excitement and fantasy, with a forest of tall trees and peculiar creatures who inhabit this place of “Varekai.”
The acts give you laughter and fulfillment of an extraordinary vision of such a wonderful amazement.
One of the greatest acts that I enjoyed was the Water Meteors. This act was created to show three young acrobats whirling ropes with metal meteors attached to the ends high above their heads. They handled their ropes with great agility this amazed me with all their impressive acrobatic work.
“Varekai” is like a dream beyond imagination, of music, smells, scenery, and its costumes of extraordinary design. You can’t call it a dream, and you can’t call it an adventure, just a vision of wonderful performance.
The second most wonderful act in “Varekai” was the flight of Icanrus. This act shows the agility and sensitivity of the performer Anton Chelnoka and his astounding dives and contortions in the net, it makes you hold your breathe in a hold on with amazement.
With four amazing set designs inside the Grand Chapiteau, which includes the forest, the stage, the catwalk and the lookout. The fabulous hideaway of “Varekai”, and its characters make their home. Consisting over 300 trees, that range between 15 and 30 feet tall and has 20 odd “acrobatic trees,” which its inhabitants can see what’s up beyond “Varekai.”
The major highlights of “Varekai,” behind the scenes; “Varekai has over 130 costumes in wardrobe, with a design that creates involvement of technical solutions to ensure comfort and safety. Providing the highly skilled costume makers fashioned it to its original creation, with providing work of over 33,000 hours.
