I don’t know about you, but I have had just about enough of rapper 50 Cent and his continued pursuit of attention.
He is the one who has been shot nine times.
He admits to being a former drug dealer.
He always has bodyguards.
Is he really that arrogant?
The answer is: YES!
He has had feuds with rappers Kanye West, the Game and a few others in between.
50 Cent is craving so much attention that he says the Game should thank him for his career.
He says that he wrote the Game’s songs.
He had the nerve to play one of his songs to the audience and “blend in his vocals.”
Kanye West was 50 Cent’s target for criticizing President Bush’s response after Hurricane Katrina.
50 Cent, whose name is Curtics Jackson, said that West had no right to criticize and that Katrina was just an Act of God.
West had commented that President Bush had stereotyped blacks as looters and whites as heroes.
If and only if 50 Cent was in the middle of the hurricane, but if he was then he would have understood West’s frustration.
I would not be surprised to hear if he were to criticize Eminem that way.
50 Cent has become this “major star” that he is now releasing his life story, “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” (also the name of his first album.)
First of all, 50 Cent doesn’t realize that it was Eminem gave him his start in rap music. Eminem also put 50 Cent on his (Eminem’s) 2004 album “Encore.”
It was Eminem who has 50 Cent signed to his record company, Shady Records.
I may be looking at this in the wrong way, but I don’t see that much appeal in him as I do in Eminem.
So instead of going after the other rappers that have become major stars thanks to him 50 Cent should be grateful Eminem lent his ear to his music in the first place.
