Why is U.S. radio not playing enough Madonna music?
I have had just about enough that Clear Channel the corporation that owns all the radio station that the audience listens to will not play enough or none of Madonna’s music.
Alright, I admit that I am a Madonna fan and I have always been a Madonna fan, but since her album, Confessions on a Dance Floor was released last Nov. 15 none of her music is being played.
Sure music stations across America are aiming for the much younger crowd with more hip-hop, R&B and I have no problem with that but, why aren’t those fans that claim to be Madonna fans asking for her music to be played?
Artists such as Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige are good enough for radio stations.
It’s funny that someone like Mariah Carey would get airplay on radio station.
Wasn’t she the one who was the frontrunner to walk away with a handful of Grammys only to win three and be overshadowed by Irish rock band U2 who won five Grammys, including Album of the Year.
I know what you are going to say.
She’s older (47 years old), she’s a mother of two and wouldn’t she be doing something else?
The answer is yes, but Madonna is still considered a fansicating woman.
Just like Michael Jackson, Madonna is also what people still talk about because of the fact that is a celebrity.
But wait a minute, have you seen the Madonna wannabe, Gwen Stefanie lately?
Stefanie who’s own album, Love. Angel. Music. Baby. has been compared to Madonna’s early albums sure has made it clear that she has been a inspiration by the former Material Girl for her solo career.
MTV Kurt Loder, John Norris certainly love her.
Are the radio stations out there listening?
Start playing her music.
More importantly, are the fans listening out there?
Those who claim to be Madonna fans should be ashamed because you are truly not her biggest fan.
Sure you are, and if you were you would be doing something to get Madonna back on the air.
