The Disney College Program is on campus to give presentations about its internship program.
Its first presentation was held at SL109 on March 3 at 4 p.m.

The other presentations will be on March 4 at 4:30 p.m. in HS104 and March 26 at 4 p.m. in SS139.
“This is a great opportunity to learn and become a professional, ” stated Krystal Stanton, campus representative for Cerritos College at Disney.
The presentation consists of a PowerPoint presentation, two introduction videos and an application process.
Katie Mock, the recruiter from Disney, explained that students would be taking collegiate courses, lecture courses, and students get to work with the park along with benefits.
“Disney interns will get discounts on Disney merchandise, 16 chances to get friends in for free, and it really looks good on a resume,” Mock said.
Nevertheless, Mock stated that interns have to be available five days a week, including weekends.
Also, interns must keep be able maintain strict dress code.
“Interns must have natural colored hair. Men must keep their hair above their ears, no visible tattoos and no spacers,” Mock described.
The reason Disney is so strict, Mock clarified, is because Disneyland wants to be presentable.
The program lasts about seven months from May to December.
