The International Students Association celebrated Kenya in its fourth International Tea Time of the semester on Wednesday in room SS138.
Jean Paul Nirere, an international student from Mombasa, Kenya, led the presentation and taught students that there is more about his country than what is shown in “The Lion King.”
Throughout the presentation, Nirere showed the ISA traditional food, music, clothing and activities done in his country.
ISA President Abner Caguioa was delighted impressed by the commitment shown by Nirere on his presentation.
He said, “This celebration is one of my favorite ISA meetings so far.”
The ISA meets every Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in SS138.
