Cerritos College’s online course server, TalonNet is debuting its new 2.8 version in the Spring 2012 semester.
As changes happen, problems and issues are very likely to happen to students who don’t understand it yet.
“Most of the problems are login problems, they’re going to have to be reset,” dean of library and learning resources, Carl Bengston said.
Professors use the server to upload lectures, assignments, quizzes and grades so in order for their students to succeed, they need their to students to be able to access the class on Talon Net.
To solve this problem, all the student has to do is email Talon Net Student Help at TNStudentHelp@Cerritos.edu.
The email has to consist of the student’s ID number and their birthday.
Once they [Talon Net Student Help] receive the email, they solve them as soon as possible.
