Campus police closed off part of the parking lot in front of the Social Sciences building after a student was taken away.
EMTs and firetrucks were in the parking lot around 9 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4.
The student is unidentified at this time but was said to be lucid when he was taken away on a stretcher. The campus police did not comment on who the student was or the exact circumstances of the incident.
