Financial aid should be solely based off of grades, this way students who only attend school for the money will be cut off.
Financial aid is currently given to those students who have a low income, but many enroll in school barely pass their classes, and take the extra money for other things.
If financial aid is given to students with the best grades, it will be motivation for students to succeed. The money actually will go to a great cause, and in fact something better will come off of it.
With the completion of courses more successfully, more students will be transferring out with more degrees.
It will be a great gateway for success and motivation if students only obtain financial aid based solely on grades.
There will be those who will stand against it, but it will be those students who aren’t trying hard enough.
When a student comes to school because they are forced to come, it’s a shame. Many people around the world who don’t have access to education will do anything to get a little bit of help.
Those who enjoy great benefits usually don’t appreciate what they have until they are gone, so giving financial aid to those who excel is a great way to teach the principles that every student should attain in college.
Trying harder than anyone else is the main point, when going out to get jobs the one getting hired will be the outstanding student, not the one who attended school to get by and barely knows anything.
With tuition being increased from $36 per unit to $46, the financial aid office needs to take harsh measures to help those who really want the help.

Showing up and doing a little work here and there isn’t enough, as times get tougher so will our education. If you want a free ride in college while putting as little effort as you can, I suggest you make a plan B.
