I really enjoyed your article. I think I better add something you missed out on? As long as the United States government allow corporations private equity firms to purchase all existing property, there will never be any more affordable housing. Your article touched on all of these big apartment complexes being built all over the city including Inglewood. Who’s going to be able to afford that? The only people that’s going to be able to afford to live in Los Angeles in the near future is immigrant groups that can live together in one household and split those high ass rents. My experience on my 62 years of life in LA The negro can’t live together. And yes I am negro.
