Cerritos College students & staff deserve transparency and a say in return to campus

While many are excited by a (partial) return to campus in the fall, students and staff should hold the primary decision making power on the plans to reopen.
“We understand inclusivity in its largest part. In reference to Abraham in Sara’s tent, our tent is really open in many many ways,” Rabbi Eger said. The webinar was held in the afternoon on Tuesday April 6, 2021.

Starting Aug. 2, offices will be open to the public Monday through Thursday, for at least eight hours a day. Fierro then said that by the end of April, the college will work with department chairs to determine which courses will remain online and which will begin in person instruction to meet the 50% threshold.
